Need an Official Docket or Record?
Durham County Court Docket is not a government office and cannot access a case file, set a hearing, accept a filing, or issue a certified record. The Durham County Clerk of Superior Court maintains the county's trial-court record functions for both Superior Court and District Court matters. The Clerk's office is the appropriate contact after an eCourts search, when a public record does not display online, or when a formal copy is needed.
